What could you be doing?\n
\nAs a Level 3 Childcare Professional, you could be supporting children by:\n
\n• Supporting children across the Early Years Foundation Stage\n
\n• Planning and supporting engaging activities\n
\n• Supporting children's learning and development\n
\n• Helping children build confidence and independence\n
\n• Supporting communication and language development\n
\n• Creating a safe, positive and nurturing environment\n
\n• Working with children on a 1:1 basis or in small groups\n
\n• Supporting children with additional needs where required\n
\n• Working as part of a nursery or early years team\n
\n

\nYou should hold a Level 3 childcare or early years qualification and have experience working with children.\n
