The role

As Food & Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all Food & Beverage operations across The Vineyard Hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong financial performance, and consistently high standards of service across every outlet and event.

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will provide leadership, guidance, and support to the Restaurant Manager, Head Sommelier, and Conference & Events Manager.
