SEMH Mental Health Support Assistant - Corby Location: Corby, Northamptonshire Full-Time | Long-Term | 12-Week Temp-to-Perm Opportunity Tradewind Recruitment Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting for an SEMH Mental Health Support Assistant to join a specialist setting in Corby, working with young people who require additional support with their social, emotional and mental health needs. This role is being offered on a 12-week temp-to-perm basis, giving you the opportunity to work within the school, get to know the students and team, and demonstrate your skills before progressing into a permanent position. We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in mental health and ideally previous experience supporting children or young people who may struggle with emotional regulation, behaviour, anxiety, confidence or engagement with education. This is a rewarding role for someone who can build strong relationships while providing the consistency, patience and clear boundaries that young people within an SEMH environment may need.
