We'd love to hear from ex-military candidates, especially former NCOs, section commanders, drivers and anyone who has led a small team. This is a permanent, supervisory role where you will lead and mentor a local grounds maintenance team on site, give clear, constructive feedback to help them develop, and make sure standards and targets are met and time on site is recorded. Alongside the operatives, you'll work across contracted sites on grass cutting, weed spraying, clearing leaf fall, removing unwanted growth from trees and tenancy clearance, and you'll act on customer feedback to keep improving the service.
