The Role:

As a Senior Sous Chef at Bistro Sablé, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation. Reporting to the Head Chef, you will assist in managing the kitchen team, overseeing food safety and hygiene, and ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen during service.
