Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Salary: £40,000
Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a busy manufacturing site. This is a great opportunity for an engineer looking for a stable, days-based role with a well-established business.
The Role\n
You will be responsible for keeping production machinery and site equipment running efficiently, carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance.

Key responsibilities include:

Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across production machinery and equipment
\n - \n
Responding to and resolving breakdowns quickly and effectively
\n - \n
Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults
\n - \n
Carrying out repairs, modifications and improvements to machinery
\n - \n
Supporting continuous improvement and reliability projects
\n - \n
Ensuring all maintenance work is completed safely and to a high standard
\n - \n
Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities
\n
The Ideal Candidate\n
We are looking for a hands-on engineer with a strong background in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

You should have:
\n

Previous experience as a Maintenance Engineer / Multi-Skilled Engineer
\n - \n
Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills
\n - \n
Experience working with industrial production machinery
\n - \n
A good understanding of PPM and reactive maintenance
\n - \n
The ability to work independently and prioritise workload
\n - \n
Relevant electrical/mechanical qualifications are advantageous
\n
