\n The Role\n
\n
\n We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee an 11-week window replacement project in Lowestoft.\n
\n
\n This is a hands-on, site-based position suited to someone with experience supervising window, glazing, refurbishment or commercial fit-out works. You will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors and trades, maintaining site standards and ensuring the works are delivered safely and to programme.\n
\n
\n Responsibilities\n

\n

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the window replacement works.
\n
• Coordinate window installers, subcontractors and other trades on site.
\n
• Manage site activities and ensure works remain on programme.
\n
• Monitor the quality of window replacement and associated works.
\n
• Coordinate deliveries, materials and site logistics.
\n
• Liaise with the project team, subcontractors and site operatives.
\n
• Ensure RAMS and safe systems of work are followed.
\n
• Maintain high standards of health & safety across the site.
\n
• Identify and resolve issues quickly to keep works progressing.
\n
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the project team.
\n
• Maintain site records and relevant documentation.
\n
• Ensure the site is kept safe, organised and professional throughout the works.
\n

Requirements\n
\n
\n

\n
• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor, Site Manager, Working Supervisor or Site Foreman.
\n
• Experience within window replacement, glazing, refurbishment, fit-out or similar works.
\n
• Strong understanding of working with subcontractors and multiple trades.
\n
• Hands-on approach with the ability to manage the day-to-day site operation.
\n
• Good understanding of health & safety and site procedures.
\n
• SMSTS/SSSTS and CSCS required.
\n
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
\n
• Available to start Monday 12th October 2026 for the full 11-week contract.
