Key Duties and Responsibilities: - Create shipping documentation, including Invoices and Packing Lists. - Issue documentation to customers and logistics providers for outbound shipments. - Book collections with freight forwarders and couriers. - Prepare documents for submission to the chamber of commerce - Certificate of Origin, EUR1, etc. - Handle Dangerous Goods shipments, ensuring compliance with current regulations. - Investigate and resolve delivery issues reported by customers or the Customer Relationship Team. - Support the Logistics Team to meet customer-required dates. - Escalate sales order errors to the Customer Relationship Team that may prevent shipment. - Assist with booking in Sales Return Order processes. - Provide import instructions to logistics providers for sales returns and service items. - Provide holiday and sickness cover within the team. - Ensure transportation standards and legal compliances are adhered to for all shipments. - Adv...
