About the role

Here at SUEZ recycling and recovery UK, we are looking for a Field Sales Executive based in the Milton Keynes / Northampton region

• This role will be working a 37.5 hour week, but we are very flexible with regards to start and finish times to fit in with your schedule.

What will I be doing?

As part of our dedicated Regional Field Sales Team, you will play a key role in securing new business for SUEZ Recycling and Recovery UK. This is an exciting opportunity to use your sales expertise in a purpose‑led industry, helping organisations transition towards more sustainable waste and recycling solutions.

Day to day, you’ll be out in your local area building relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and offering a tailored Total Waste Solution. Your work will directly support our targets for sales performance, revenue growth, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities :

• Achieve individual sales and revenue targets.
• Identify, generate and convert self-sourced sales opportunities.
• Manage a structured sales pipeline from prospecting through to close.
• Conduct face-to-face customer meetings and presentations.
• Develop and execute territory plans aligned to growth objectives.
• Build a strong network of customers, prospects and industry contacts.
• Build long-term relationships with business decision makers.
• Deliver excellent customer service and post-sale support.

What are the requirements?

• Minimum two years' sales experience.
• Proven experience in a target-driven environment.
• Ability to travel across a designated territory.
• Good standard of secondary education.
• Full UK driving licence.
