Welcome to an exciting new chapter for The Ivy Collection as we prepare to open in Newcastle for the very first time.

Bringing together the timeless elegance and vibrant hospitality of The Ivy with the colour, energy and theatrical experience of The Ivy Asia, we're creating two exciting new destinations in the city. Now, we're looking for passionate people to join our opening teams and help us bring them to life.

As a Sushi Chef, you will be responsible for preparing a wide range of sushi & sashimi to the highest standards, showcasing your expertise in both traditional and modern techniques. You'll work in a fast-paced, sushi section, ensuring that every piece is crafted with precision, creativity and attention to detail. The role requires a deep understanding of sushi preparation, knife skills and the ability to maintain high quality standards even during peak hours in an open plan sushi bar.
