We're looking for an ambitious Head Chef in Reigate to take the reins of a fantastic food operation, with a salary of up to £45,000 for the right person.

This is a role where you can stay hands-on with the food while stepping up your game commercially. You'll have the freedom to bring ideas to the table, develop your team, work closely with the client and make a real impact on the operation.

What you'll be doing as a Head Chef:

• Lead, inspire and develop a great kitchen team.
• Create fresh, exciting food that people genuinely want to eat.
• Take ownership of the kitchen operation and keep standards sky-high.
• Build a brilliant relationship with the client.
• Keep on top of costs, stock, GP and budgets.
• Find creative ways to grow sales and improve the food offer.
• Develop your people and create a team that loves what they do.
• Be the face of the food operation and make the site your own.
• Maintain the highest standards of food safety, quality and service.

• B+I or contract catering experience is essential
