High Mill Medical Practice is seeking a Practice Nurse to join our friendly team.
Our Practice has 7500 patients with 4 GP Partners, 1 Salaried GP, 2 Advanced Nurse Practitioners and 1 part-time Practice Nurse.
We are situated in a purpose built Health Board owned Health Centre in Carluke.
Ideally, the successful candidate will be experienced in all aspects of Chronic Disease Management and Cervical screening. We would particulary value experience in the management of Diabetes.
We are a Vision and Docman Practice and also use MedLinks system for Chronic Disease Management.
Hours from 30-37 hours will be considered.
Salary dependant on experience.
