We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming school in Alvaston. This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with students, providing classroom support and helping them succeed both academically and personally.

Key Responsibilities

• Support students in lessons on a one-to-one and small group basis.

• Assist teachers in creating an engaging learning environment.

• Encourage pupil participation, confidence, and independence.

• Support students with additional learning or SEN needs.

The Ideal Candidate

• Experience working with children or young people is desirable.

• A patient, caring, and proactive approach.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• A genuine passion for education and child development.
