  • Observe children's learning and contribute to their development records.

  • Assist with creating a safe, stimulating and nurturing nursery environment.

  • Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.

  • Learn about safeguarding, health and safety, and child development.

  • Work collaboratively as part of a supportive nursery team.

    Desirable:

  • Previous experience with children (although full training will be provided).

  • A basic understanding of Early Years or childcare.

    How Kindred Will Support You

We believe apprenticeships are the beginning of a rewarding career, not just a qualification.

    You'll receive:

  • A dedicated mentor to support your learning and development.

  • Enrolment onto a nationally recognised Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification.

  • Protected time for study and off-the-job learning.

  • Structured training and ongoing development throughout your apprenticeship.

  • Opportunities to progress into permanent Early Years roles following successful completion.

  • A welcoming, supportive team who will help you grow in confidence from day one.
