Urgent help moving a heavy sofa and wardrobe locally

Hi there, I'm looking for a reliable helper to assist with a small moving job in London. I need someone to help move a heavy sofa and a large wardrobe from a ground-floor flat to a second-floor flat within a 2 km distance. No stairs at the origin, but the destination has a couple of stairs. The items are disassembled where possible, and I can assist with lifting. I’d prefer a punctual mover who has a van or a small vehicle, blankets or cushions to protect furniture, and straps or a dolly. Flexible on start time, but I’d like the job completed within 3 hours. Please bring basic moving equipment if you have it, and confirm you can handle the weight safely. Thanks!
