The Role As a Diamond-Cut Alloy Wheel Technician, you'll be responsible for restoring alloy wheels to manufacturer standards using specialist CNC diamond-cut lathes. This role focuses purely on machine operation and quality-you won't be stripping or preparing wheels, allowing you to concentrate on delivering exceptional results. Key Responsibilities * Operate CNC diamond-cut lathes to refurbish alloy wheels to manufacturer standards * Produce high-quality, precision diamond-cut finishes * Carry out quality inspections to ensure exceptional workmanship * Follow company processes and health & safety procedures * Maintain equipment and a clean, organised workspace * Support and mentor junior team members where required * Assist with continuous improvement initiatives across the department What We're Looking For * Previous experience operating CNC lathes within alloy wheel refurbishment * Proven experience producing diamond-cut alloy wheel finishes * Excellent attention to detail * Pride in producing high-quality work * Reliable, proactive and team-oriented approach * Looking for a long-term career with progression opportunities Salary & Benefits * £14.87 - £16.36 per hour * 10% Performance Bonus * Monday to Friday working * Day and Back Shift opportunities * No weekend working * 28 days paid holiday * Company pension * Modern, fully equipped workshop with the latest CNC technology * Excellent canteen and welfare facilities * Ongoing training and development * Genuine progression opportunities into Team Leader positions Why Join?
