This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and commercially driven Store Manager to play a key role in the launch and success of a new store. You will take ownership of the day-to-day operation, lead and develop a large team, drive sales and KPIs, and create an exceptional customer experience from day one. Store Manager Benefits: * Salary up to £36,000, depending on experience * KPI-driven bonus scheme * Employee and store discounts * Flagship-level store with a large team and multimillion-pound turnover * Long-service awards * Uniform allowance * Excellent opportunities for career progression and development Store Manager Responsibilities: * Take full ownership of the day-to-day running of the store * Lead by example, driving sales, KPIs and overall commercial performance * Deliver exceptional customer service and create an outstanding in-store experience * Recruit, coach, motivate and develop a high-performing team * Set clear expectations and maintain consistently high operational and visual standards * Manage budgets, control costs and analyse commercial data to identify opportunities * Complete and contribute to weekly reporting and performance reviews * Oversee HR processes, recruitment, onboarding and employee development * Drive stock management and availability, ensuring strong operational standards * Maintain excellent visual merchandising standards in line with the brand * Work collaboratively with the wider management team, sharing best practice and driving continuous improvement About You: We are looking for a hands-on, energetic and commercially focused Store Manager who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
