We are looking for a Full-time Fuelcard Telesales Representative to join our Yate Office. Benefits: * 22 days holiday (plus bank holidays) * Discretionary annual bonus * Company contributory pension * Death in service scheme (2 x annual salary) * Full training and development opportunities * Cycle to work scheme * Employee assistance programme * Eye-care scheme * Retail discounts * Free on-site parking * Hybrid working optional (TBC) * Good public transport link to access depot About the role: * 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday * Making outbound calls to current, lapsed and prospective fuel card customers to retain business or record reasons for lost business using CRM * Proactively converting sales opportunities and customer quotations into completed Fuelcard sales, working towards agreed sales and conversion targets * Gathering customer information to update and maintain marketing lists * Building rapport to gain customer confidence and trust * Providing customer quotations * Handling incoming customer queries via email in a timely manner * Communicating customer trends and feedback internally * Delivering an exceptional level of customer service * General administrative duties as required About you: The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: * Previous experience within a sales or telesales role * Strong customer service skills * Excellent telephone manner * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Resilient, motivated and confident * Organised with the ability to prioritise your own workload * Good administrative skills and attention to detail * IT literate – proficient of working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office * Confident, professional and resilient * Understanding of data protection principles * Live within a commutable distance to the depot based in Yate If you're enthusiastic, customer-focused and ready to join a friendly and supporting sales team, we would love to receive your application.
