Need help with errands and grocery shopping locally

I’m looking for a friendly assistant to help me with errands and grocery shopping. I live in the UK and would appreciate someone who can accompany me to run small tasks, pick up prescriptions, drop off returns, and do light shopping locally. The ideal candidate is patient, trustworthy, and can adapt to my schedule. I’d like help once or twice a week for a couple of hours, with clear communication about timings, accessibility needs, and any items I should prepare in advance. Non-smoker, respectful of my space, and comfortable with mobility aids would be a plus.
