Garden bed maintenance for a small urban plot in London

I'm looking for someone to help with regular maintenance of my garden beds. The job includes weeding, pruning overgrown perennials, edging the borders, and refreshing mulch where needed. I have a mix of ornamental shrubs and a few seasonal flowers. Please bring your own tools, and I’d prefer eco-friendly practices and minimal chemical use. Ideally, you can schedule a weekly visit for 2 hours, with flexibility for a longer session if weather allows.
