Job description£22 per hour Monday to Friday 8am - 4 : 30pm 12-week contract with the potential to go temp to perm Company van and fuel card for work purposes PPE provided Overtime and callouts available Eligible for bonus up to 5% 25 days annual leave + bank holidays & your birthday off (34 days total) Pay review every year 26 weeks full pay maternity leave 8 weeks full pay paternity leave Up to £3,000 colleague referral fee Private pension Life Insurance Private health-care and dental care Cycle to work scheme Retail and mobile phone provider discounts Discounted gym memberships at national and local gyms Vast directory of training on bespoke in-house Learning Management System Previous experience in a Multi Trade role Previous experience in a Plasterer role Plumbing experience Maximum of 5 points on driving licence Own tools Preferably with experience in social housing Able to provide 2 work references
Overview
We are currently looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Plasterer to start as soon as possible to join a Damp and Mould team on a social housing scheme in South Birmingham.
Role details
The position involves working on a range of tasks, including :
- Carry out repairs and maintenance
- Plastering
- Also carrying out plumbing works
- Taking off and putting on radiators
