About the Role
Looking for a hands-on role where you can learn new skills and build a long-term career? We’re hiring a Shit Technician to join our team in Grimsby. No previous experience is required — full training will be provided.You’ll be part of a supportive team working on-site with one of our customers, helping ensure smooth production and high-quality output
Shift is:
Week 1 - Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat and Sun (12HR DAYS)
Week 2 - Wed and Thurs (12HR DAYS)
Week 3 - Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat and Sun (12HR NIGHTS)
Week 4 - Wed and Thurs (12HR NIGHTS)
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting day-to-day production activities
- Assisting with printing and colour processes
- Following clear procedures and safety guidelines
- Working as part of a team to meet production targets
- Learning new skills through ongoing training

Requirements
GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above)Ability to work rotating shifts (including nights & weekends)No colour vision deficiency (role requires colour accuracy)
