We are working with a highly regarded and growing multidisciplinary property and construction consultancy based in Central London who are looking to appoint a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their team.
The business works across a broad range of Residential and Commercial projects, offering a work load primarily with a project focus but giving candidates who have a professional skillset the chance to utilise this too.
Your workload could include:
Contract Administration
Dilapidations
Technical Due Diligence
Monitoring
Defect Analysis
Specifications
Party Wall matters
Project Management
