Service Care Solutions are currently working with a well-established and growing Scottish law firm that is looking to appoint a Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE to join its expanding Litigation team. This is an opportunity to join a supportive and ambitious practice where you’ll have genuine scope to develop your career, take ownership of your own caseload and build your profile within the team.\n

\nYour work is likely to include:\n
\n

\n
• Housing litigation and repossession proceedings
\n
• Debt recovery
\n
• Civil Sheriff Court matters
\n
• Court of Session work
\n
• Alternative dispute resolution
\n
• Advising social housing providers and other clients
\n

You’ll be trusted to manage your own caseload while having access to support from experienced colleagues when required.\n
\nAbout YouWe’re looking for a 2+ PQE Solicitor with solid civil litigation experience who is keen to take the next step in their career.\n
\nYou should have:\n
\n

\n
• Experience managing your own contentious caseload
\n
• Strong drafting and communication skills
\n
• Confidence dealing with clients and providing clear, commercial advice
\n
• Advocacy experience or strong advocacy potential
\n
• The ability to work independently
\n
• A collaborative approach and willingness to support more junior colleagues
\n
• Genuine ambition to develop your practice and progress
\n
