Work Pattern- Thursday - Sunday WHAT YOU'LL BE UP TO LEADERSHIP & TEAM MANAGEMENT Manage and inspire a team of Brand Ambassadors Drive performance and deliver flawless campaigns Handle staffing, logistics, and daily operations Be the go-to for team support and field excellence CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE & SALES EXCELLENCE Lead your team to create buzz around Shark Ninja Drive footfall, boost sales, and wow customers Smash sales targets and coach your team to success Build brand love with every interaction BRAND EXPERTISE & ADVOCACY Stay sharp on product knowledge and competitor insights Run standout demos and upsell like a pro Model top-tier in-store behaviour REPORTING & INSIGHTS Capture key moments and product highlights through high-quality photos and video content. Deliver daily reports showcasing campaign performance and team achievements. Share insights, feedback, and best practices to continuously elevate team results.
