who can bring structure, efficiency and accountability to the operation. Key Responsibilities

Manage all day-to-day yard activities Lead, motivate and develop a team of 4 operatives Oversee goods in, goods out and stock management Ensure products are correctly stored and easily accessible Coordinate movement of stock between nearby sites Support loading and unloading activities Operate a forklift when required Drive continuous improvement initiatives Improve productivity and operational efficiency Work closely with production and logistics departments Ensure health and safety standards are maintained Skills & Experience Required

Previous experience as a Yard Manager, Yard Supervisor, Yard Controller or Logistics Supervisor Experience managing or supervising teams Strong yard, logistics or stores background Forklift experience is essential Licence preferred but not required Experience dealing with large, bulky or non-palletised products Excellent organisational skills Strong stock control and goods movement experience Ability to identify and implement operational improvements Why Join?
