Are you looking to take ownership of large-scale Data & AI transformation programmes while leading teams and shaping technical delivery?

Due to continued growth, we're hiring multiple Lead Databricks Architects to join a rapidly expanding Data & AI practice delivering complex transformation programmes for enterprise organisations across a range of industries.

\n

This is a leadership-focused role combining architecture, technical leadership and delivery oversight. You'll work closely with architects, delivery leads and senior stakeholders to define solution strategy, oversee engineering delivery and build modern Databricks-based platforms that enable advanced analytics, machine learning and AI initiatives.

\n

You'll join a high-performing team of Data Engineers, Architects and AI specialists, working on enterprise-scale programmes that utilise the latest technologies across Databricks, Azure and modern Data & AI ecosystems.

\n

You Will Work With

• Defining architecture and technical strategy for enterprise-scale Databricks programmes
\n
• Leading and mentoring teams of Data Engineers and technical specialists
\n
• Designing modern Lakehouse architectures using Databricks and Azure
\n
• Collaborating with stakeholders to shape solution roadmaps and delivery plans
\n
• Overseeing engineering delivery, quality standards and technical governance
\n
• Driving best practice across data engineering, analytics and AI initiatives
\n
• Supporting machine learning, GenAI and emerging AI workloads
\n
• Conducting discovery workshops and architecture reviews
\n
• Managing technical risks, dependencies and architectural decisions
\n
• Supporting business growth through technical leadership and solution design
