Service Care Solutions is working in partnership with Legal 500 company, based in Solihull, which is looking to appoint an experienced Private Client Solicitor (3–5 years PQE) to join its growing Private Client team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor, CILEX professional or equivalent looking to develop their career within a supportive, high-performing team.\n

Role: Private Client Solicitor\n
Location: Solihull\n
Salary: £55,000 to £75,000\n

The Role\n
\n

\n
• Advise a diverse client base across a broad range of contentious and non-contentious Private Client matters from start to completion.
\n
• Liaise with financial advisers, accountants and other professional advisers.
\n
• Supporting business development through networking and relationship building.
\n

Key Requirements:\n
\n

\n
• 3–5 years’ PQE in Private Client Law as a Solicitor, legal executive or barrister within a UK law firm.
\n
• STEP qualification is desirable.
\n
• Strong knowledge of trusts, estate administration, wills, LPAs and Court of Protection matters.
\n
• The motivation to develop professionally and contribute to business development.
\n
