\n A leading national insurance law firm is looking to recruit an experienced injury lawyer its specialist EL/PL team based in Liverpool.\n

\n This is an excellent opportunity to handle a varied caseload of Intermediate and Multi-Track Employers' Liability and Public Liability claims, acting for a range of major retail and corporate clients. You'll manage predominantly litigated matters valued between £25,000 and £100,000, while benefiting from a highly flexible working arrangement with only one day per week required in the Liverpool office.\n

Candidate Profile / Experience Needed\n

\n
• Proven experience handling litigated EL and PL claims.
\n
• Strong understanding of liability, causation and quantum.
\n
• Ability to manage cases from instruction through to resolution.
\n
• Excellent client management, negotiation and reporting skills.
\n
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior colleagues is desirable.
\n
• Retail liability experience would be advantageous.
\n
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy caseload effectively.
\n
