CER Education are working in collaboration with the well-established multi academy trust: Pope Francis Catholic Multi Academy Trust that are seeking Cover Supervisors for several schools in the Whiston and surrounding area for an immediate start. This role has the potential to become a permanent role following temporary appointment.

About the Cover Supervisor Role
\n
As a Cover Supervisor, you'll supervise classes when the regular teacher is absent. Lessons and resources will already be prepared, so your focus will be on keeping pupils engaged and maintaining a positive learning environment.

Your responsibilities may include:
\n
- \n
- Supervising pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4 \n
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively \n
- Keeping students focused and engaged with their work \n
- Supporting pupils who may require additional help \n
- Providing feedback to teaching staff following lessons \n

- Confident classroom and behaviour management skills \n
