Teaching Assistant - Mainstream Primary School Hucknall | Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities | ASAP Starts Available | £95 - £110 per day \n

Monarch Education is currently recruiting experienced Teaching Assistants to work in a welcoming and inclusive mainstream primary school in Hucknall. We have a couple of postions for full-time and part-time hours.

We are looking for passionate, dedicated and nurturing individuals who can support children with additional needs, helping them to thrive academically, socially and emotionally within the classroom environment.

\n

Whether you are an experienced Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, Teaching Assistant, Support Worker, Youth Worker, or looking to transition into education, we would love to hear from you.

Teaching Assistant Responsibilities\n

\n
• Supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
\n
• Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
\n
• Supporting children with Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, Speech & Language Needs and Learning Difficulties
\n
• Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional regulation
\n
• Building strong relationships with pupils, teachers and parents
\n
• Promoting confidence, independence and engagement in learning
\n
• Helping to create a safe, nurturing and inclusive classroom environment
\n

Teaching Assistant Requirements\n

\n
• Experience within education, care, support work, youth work, sports coaching or similar settings is essential.
\n
• A patient, empathetic and proactive approach
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
\n
• A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
\n
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
\n
