Level 3 Diploma Personal Training
Level 3 Personal Training — Build a Career (or Business) You're in Control Of
Whether you want employed PT work or to run your own self-employed business, Archon Academy's Level 3 Personal Training diploma gives you the technical skill, business acumen and confidence to succeed in a competitive industry.
CIMSPA-endorsed, with qualifications awarded by globally recognised awarding organisations. Learn anatomy & physiology, nutrition, client behaviour change and business set-up — with real mentoring from industry-expert tutors. Self-paced and typically guided over around 13 weeks — though with our tailored individual learning plans, you can move faster or slower to fit around your own life. Workshops run at accessible partner venues nationwide — inclusive of the Gymshark Lifting Club.
What makes Archon Academy different: Alongside the technical training, this diploma builds in real business development skills — lead generation, gym floor strategy, client acquisition — shaped by working directly with thousands of PTs across some of the UK's biggest commercial gym operators. It's the difference between being qualified to train people and actually knowing how to build a career doing it.
- Guaranteed interview with an Archon Academy Employer Partner on graduation

- Covers self-employment & business set-up, not just training delivery
