Job Title: Nursery Practitioner Apprentice
Apprenticeship: Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Practitioner
Location: Hove
Salary: £6.40 - £11.44 per hour, depending on experience
Hours: Full-time

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Nursery Practitioner Apprentice to join a welcoming and nurturing nursery in Hove. You'll gain hands-on experience supporting children's learning and development while working towards a recognised Early Years qualification.

Requirements

- Maths and English GCSEs at Grade 4/C or above, or equivalent \n

Responsibilities

- Support children with their learning and development \n
- Deliver activities in line with the EYFS \n
- Help plan group and individual learning opportunities \n
- Complete observations, assessments and accurate records \n
- Communicate with parents and colleagues \n
- Build positive relationships with the children \n
- Support children with meals, dressing and other day-to-day care needs \n
- Help maintain a positive, safe and engaging nursery environment \n

Apprenticeship Information
\n
You will complete a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Practitioner Apprenticeship, combining practical workplace experience with structured training and development.
\n
\n
Following successful completion, there is the opportunity to progress as a qualified Nursery Practitioner, with further progression towards Room Leader or Supervisor positions.
