Job Overview

We are looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive Content Supply Coordinator to support content operations across global compliance, reversioning and content supply activities.

The role will work closely with internal teams including Rights, Programming, Editorial, Post-Production and Compliance to coordinate content workflows, monitor project progress and ensure that required deliverables are completed accurately and within agreed timelines.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a broadcast, production or post-production environment, with a good understanding of production workflows, broadcast terminology and content deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

Content Reversioning & Content Supply

  • Support the reversioning of foreign-language and non-live sports content for linear and streaming platforms.
  • Maintain accurate trackers and monitor the progress of content throughout the reversioning lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with Rights, Strategy, Programming and Post-Production teams to ensure smooth content delivery.
  • Track content requirements and follow up with relevant stakeholders to resolve outstanding actions.
  • Provide operational support for programme IDs, work orders, certification entries and content deliverables.
  • Coordinate and manage required documentation and associated deliverables.

Voice-Over / Talent Coordination

  • Support voice-over booking activities for content projects.
  • Liaise with talent agencies and voice-over artists regarding availability and bookings.
  • Coordinate booking confirmations with talent and post-production teams.
  • Manage and track scripts and related materials.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular tracker updates.

Editorial & Compliance Support

  • Support factual research and fact-checking for content customisation projects, including rescripts and revoices.
  • Provide administrative and operational support for certification and compliance activities.
  • Assist with content reviews and related editorial requirements.
  • Develop knowledge of relevant broadcast compliance requirements, with training provided where required.

Project & Business-as-Usual Support

  • Maintain project trackers using Excel and other relevant systems.
  • Support ongoing content tracking activities for international and external partners.
  • Assist with certification and content-related data entry.
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations and materials for team meetings.
  • Create basic clip reels and presentation materials using Adobe tools where required.
  • Provide additional operational support on new, urgent and fast-turnaround projects.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in a Production Assistant, Content Coordinator or similar role within a fast-paced broadcast, media or post-production environment.
  • Good understanding of production and post-production workflows, terminology and broadcast deliverables.
  • Experience coordinating multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to identify issues, follow up proactively and contribute to practical solutions.
  • Experience with scheduling, booking or content management systems; knowledge of IBMS, SchedALL/ScheduALL or similar systems is desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and OneDrive.
  • Interest in content, lifestyle, factual programming and sports.
  • Awareness of broadcast compliance requirements such as Ofcom regulations is desirable; willingness to learn is essential.
  • Comfortable working in a global and multicultural environment.
