I've got a new opportunity that might be worth a conversation…

I'm working with an established South Wales law firm with offices across Blackwood, Aberdare and Merthyr Tydfil, and they're looking to add an experienced Residential Conveyancer to the team.

And before you ask… this isn't another "50+ files, constant chasing, targets through the roof" role.

What you'll be doing:

Freehold & leasehold sales and purchases
Remortgages
Transfers of equity
Right to Buy
New-build transactions
Lender work
Dealing with searches, contracts & titles
Exchange, completion & post-completion

You'll have the opportunity to manage your own caseload, deal directly with clients and actually get the support of an established team around you.
