What You'll Gain

- Support cost analysis on make versus buy decisions
- Use digital tools to simulate processes and inform continuous improvements
- Drive process documentation, health and safety, and standards compliance
- Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure efficient and sustainable processes
You'll Bring
- Degree (or equivalent experience) in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) or a related field
- Foundational experience or education in manufacturing, industrial, or process engineering
- Analytical mindset with well-developed problem-solving skills xwwtmva
- Ability to communicate and partner effectively across teams
- Understanding of ergonomic and continuous improvement methodologies

Other Information
- Standard daytime office hours (Monday-Friday 8am-4pm)
- Initial travel requirements would be up to 25% in the first 12 months for training purposes, reducing to no more than 10% afterward
