Admin Officer (AO)
Location: Bournemouth BH7 7DS- office-based. Please note: from January, the role will move to BH15 2NS.

PAY: £12.86PH
Additional information:
\n * Full-time role: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm (office-based during the initial probation period)
\n * Training will be provided: once core responsibilities are completed, you'll be supported to develop further into General List work
\n * You'll be required to complete mandatory eLearning courses and training modules as part of induction and ongoing employment
\n * There may be an opportunity for hybrid working after the three-month probation period, subject to business needs, performance, and management approval

Our Client is hiring for a reputed client and is looking for a reliable, organised Admin Officer to help manage enforcement-related correspondence and day-to-day office support.
What you'll be doing:
\n * Manage incoming and outgoing enforcement correspondence accurately and efficiently
\n * Sort, distribute, and prepare post for dispatch
\n * Print documentation and correspondence for home-based colleagues, ensuring it's completed and sent on time
\n * Maintain accurate records and filing systems where required
\n * Support the wider team with general administrative tasks
\n * Follow office procedures, including data protection requirements and confidentiality standards
