Job Description

Project Manager (HRIS) - London (Hybrid 2-3 days onsite) - £650-£700 pd (Inside IR35) We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of strategic People and business transformation initiatives. Partnering with stakeholders across HR, Technology, and the wider business to drive successful project outcomes and deliver meaningful change. Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic business and transformation projects. Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and objectives are achieved. Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and actions across multiple workstreams. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and provide clear, effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver business and technology change initiatives. Support change adoption and stakeholder engagement across impacted business areas. Requirements Proven experience delivering complex HR and Technology projects. Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing a broad range of stakeholders. Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments and adapt to changing priorities. Experience supporting HR, People, Technology or fee earners. Commercially aware and pragmatic approach to project delivery. Experience of Workday or similar enterprise platforms would be beneficial Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
