About the Role As the first point of contact for residents seeking housing assistance, you will play a crucial role in helping people access the support they need. You will provide advice, guidance and practical assistance to individuals and families who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, carrying out initial assessments in line with housing legislation and statutory guidance. You will also help coordinate and manage temporary accommodation placements, ensuring that residents are supported appropriately while longer-term housing solutions are explored.
