Warehouse Operative / Forklift Driver

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operative / Reach Truck Driver to join our client’s busy logistics team. In this role, you will play a key part in the safe and efficient movement of goods throughout the warehouse, with a strong focus on Reach Truck and forklift operation. You will be responsible for loading and unloading deliveries, moving and storing stock, replenishing locations and supporting goods-in and goods-out activities. The ideal candidate will have solid warehouse experience, a valid Reach Truck licence and a strong focus on safety and accuracy. Key Responsibilities Safely operate a Reach Truck to move, load, unload and store goods throughout the warehouse Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and in line with company procedures Load and unload incoming and outgoing deliveries using the Reach Truck Put away stock into designated warehouse locations, making efficient use of available storage space Replenish stock locations, racking, trays and bins as required Accurately pick and move components and stock for internal teams and outbound orders Prepare goods for despatch, ensuring orders are correctly picked, packed and documented Check incoming deliveries against paperwork, identifying any damaged, missing or incorrect items Carry out stock movements and support regular inventory counts to maintain stock accuracy Undertake banksman duties, helping to safely coordinate vehicle and forklift moveme...
