£25,000-£27,000 | Monday to Friday | Community care Are you an experienced Care Coordinator looking for a stable office-based role within an established community care provider? We are recruiting for a Care Coordinator to join a busy Bournemouth service supporting the delivery of high-quality care in the community. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organised, confident managing rotas and enjoys working closely with care teams, clients and families. Previous experience within complex care, domiciliary care, homecare or supported living would be highly desirable.
