Associate Director - Building Surveying

Procter Street is partnering with a growing consultancy that is entering an exciting stage of growth, and we are looking for an ambitious Associate Director – Building Surveying to play a key role in shaping the next chapter of the business. This is not simply a senior surveying position. We are looking for a commercially minded Chartered Building Surveyor who wants to take genuine ownership of a growing service line — developing people, strengthening client relationships, winning new work and helping build a high-performing surveying team around them. You will work closely with the Directors and wider business, with the autonomy and influence to help shape how the Building Surveying service develops.
