Children's Home Manager

The Role: As Children's Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding and compliance are maintained. Key responsibilities include: * Leading, motivating and developing a dedicated residential care team * Ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and quality standards * Promoting safeguarding and person-centred care at all times * Managing staffing, budgets and day-to-day operations * Driving continuous improvement across the service * Supporting staff development and creating a positive culture within the home About You: * At least 4 years' experience in a similar position * A minimum of 2 years' experience in a senior or managerial position * A Level 5 Diploma in Residential Childcare, Health & Social Care, or willingness to work towards this * A full UK driving licence If this sounds ...
