My client and I have an exciting opportunity for a confident, proactive and well-organised individual to join our Private Client Department. The successful candidate will have experience across a broad range of Private Client matters and will play an active role in the growth and development of the practice at branch level. You will have experience preparing wills ranging from straightforward matters through to complex estate planning involving trusts, inheritance tax and capital gains tax planning, as well as preparing and registering Powers of Attorney, including EPAs and LPAs. The successful candidate will be comfortable working autonomously within a branch office while providing leadership, support and mentoring to a small team. You will have the ambition and commitment to develop the practice, nurture client relationships and identify opportunities for growth. An established following would be welcomed but is not essential.
