Fabrications project engineer

Do you have a strong understanding of fabrication and welding (MIG/MMA/Stick welding/plating etc.) Are you looking for a Projects focused role - this will be office focused, working closely with the shop floor, however managing projects from concept to completion taking ownership of the part through the manufacturing process and successful delivery to the customer. The basics: Role: Fabrications project engineer Location: Alfreton Salary: Up to £52,000 Hours: Monday to Thursday - 7:30am-4:30pm and Fridays 7:30am-2pm Contracted hours: 40 per week Holidays and Benefits: 33 days holiday, Xmas shut down, 7.5% pension, x4 salary death in service.Overview: We now require an additional Project Engineer to join the team. Working with clean, modern purpose built manufacturing facilities in the fabrication department that weld complex, high integrity fabrications in a range of materials such as carbon and stainless steels varying from 3mm to 100mm. As the Project Engineer you will be working in a technical role managing projects for the customer from start to finish, ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget.
