Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with an independent specialist SEMH school in Stoke-on-Trent to recruit a dedicated SENDCo to join their experienced and supportive staff team. This is a unique opportunity to work within a specialist setting supporting secondary-aged pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The school offers a highly personalised approach to education, small class sizes and a strong focus on helping young people overcome barriers to learning and achieve positive outcomes. SEMH settings require specialist approaches to behaviour, emotional regulation, attachment and trauma-informed practice. The successful candidate will initially join on a temporary basis with a clear pathway to a permanent position for the right person.
