About the Role: As a Learning Mentor with a focus on behaviour, you'll work closely with some of the school's most vulnerable students - building the kind of trusted, one-to-one relationships that create real and lasting change. Whether you're delivering a behaviour support session, conducting a home visit, or sitting alongside a student in class, your presence will make a tangible difference every single day. This is a role for someone who is emotionally intelligent, calm under pressure, and genuinely motivated by seeing young people grow in confidence, attitude, and achievement.
