Job Description
Support the delivery of Aberdeenshire Health and Social Care Partnership Reablement and Responder Service by providing a point of contact for service users, families, staff and other professionals to schedule and deploy carers in the most efficient and effective manner to provide planned and unplanned care to service users.
There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.
You should have a sound knowledge of geography of West Aberdeenshire and be IT literate in word, excel, email and Microsoft packages.
Working hours are Monday – Friday 0845-1700, with a possibility of Hybrid / Home Working, however the successful candidates need to be able to travel to team meetings.
