Maybe you currently work in a dealership or parts department and would like to do something a little more interesting. We’re working with a well-established specialist in the classic car sector that operates a large and successful online parts business. They’re looking for someone to join their team in a role that sits somewhere between parts, technical support and customer service. And importantly, this is not a target-driven sales job. Most orders arrive through the company's online shop, so your role will be helping customers with technical and parts enquiries, taking orders from trade customers and those who prefer to order over the phone, and sorting out the occasional issue with deliveries or orders. You'll be dealing with people who are genuinely interested in their cars, so being able to understand what they're talking about is important.
