Finance Analyst - Banking & Cash Management

SF Partners are currently recruiting for a Finance Analyst - Banking & Cash Management to join a busy finance team, working a hybrid pattern on a temporary basis until the end of December, with the potential to extend depending on business requirements. *SAP experience essential*

Salary: £30,000
Location: Nottingham
Working pattern: 37.5 hours per week | Hybrid - 2 days in the office (Tuesday and Wednesday)
Contract: Temporary until the end of December, with potential to extend

This is a great opportunity for an experienced finance professional with SAP experience and a strong background in banking, reconciliations and month-end accounting. You'll be supporting the wider finance function, ensuring cash balances are accurate, discrepancies are investigated and financial information is reported in a timely manner.
The role will include:

Banking & reconciliations
- Monitoring daily bank balances and cash positions.
- Reconciling bank accounts and cash balances, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
- Carrying out monthly cash reconciliations across multiple bank accounts.
- Managing mismatches, aged balances and out-of-balance positions through to resolution.
- Supporting banking transactions and responding to bank-related queries.

Month-end & financial accounting
- Preparing and posting month-end journal entries in SAP.
